This is our 6-foot heavy-duty trailer upgrade with a dumping function operated by a hand winch or with an electrical option. These trailers are true workhorses, fitted with high capacity tyres and walking beam suspension for superior off-road performance. The latest models are fully galvanised, with18mm marine-grade (Okoume) plywood box liners for added durability, utilility and ease of repair or replacement.
The walking beam suspension provides a smoother ride across rough terrain. Each independent tandem wheel set features a central pivot, allowing the wheels to “walk” over obstacles with ease and maintain better ground contact.
Plywood box liners offer greater versatility than steel—making repairs simple and cost-effective. The panels can be removed entirely, or individual ribs can be taken out to suit specific loading needs.
A swivel coupling enhances safety by allowing the trailer to move independently of the ATV, reducing the risk of rollover damage.
Once you experience a trailer equipped with walking beam suspension, you won’t want to go back to a solid axle.

All side and end stakes are predrilled and used as a guide to drill plywood holes installed by owner.

*Warranties: Our guarantee covers errors in manufacture and not excessive or unreasonable offroad use causing damage. The frame work, tyres and hubs are oversized in capacity for longevity and performance. The trailers are designed for use with quad bikes and ATV and other off road vehicles.
